After a too long hiatus of this blog, I'm finally back. So many things right now. So many things.
I'd attempted to transfer this blog over to Posterous, and probably will try again in the future, but since I'm here, I might as well update.
My job at Disney is finally coming to an end. I was rudely made aware of this last Friday when I tried to log in and found out my log in had been disabled. April 29th is my last day, and I'm kind of looking forward to it. I've been coasting on this mouse's coattails for too damn long and its time for me to start doing things. Writing more. Stand up.
Which leads me to my next piece of news. I've decided to finally do an amateur night. I haven't picked when or a venue, but I know its going to be soon. I've already started writing jokes!
I'm not telling anyone about when and where though, so in case I totally bomb, it won't be in front of friends and family.
More news: My dumb dating blog has gone nowhere, because this dummy can't, apparently catch the eye of even freaks now, so its not that I'm IGNORING the dating blog, I am just not a freak magnet right now.
Last night I went to a wine and cheese thing at E's house. It was fun, but I definitely drank WAYYY too much wine, and came back smelling like a fire pit. I don't know why there was a fire pit since it was pretty balmy and nice in West Hollywood, but whatever. It was just fun going around, meeting people and being able to tell them I'd known J and E since Borders. Stupid that our friendship has outlasted that store. Wait. Stupid or awesome?
Wow. This post is all over the place, so I'll leave it at that. I'm gonna do a post a day. For realsies.
